Ananda vidyalaya

This is a girls and boys mixed pre primary school located in  Rathanapitiya, Colombo and managed by principle Mr. Nalaka. The school is located in the out side of Colombo and children and parents do not have access to computer facilities in these areas. Parents do not have enough daily income to provide these facilities as well. 

SLCF Provided two laptops for the school children for 'smart classroom' education.

Aruna Home for Mentally Retarded Children is a children's development centre, specifically for students with special needs. It is home to 8 children with special needs of ages between 4-15.

Gothama child development centre

Gothama Child Development Centre is an early development centre for children. Initiated nearly 30 years ago, it is currently home to 15 boys, where they are given food, accommodation and clothing as well as stationery items needed for school.

It is managed by Mrs. Dissanayake, along with the help of another matron.

Sri Saddarmodhaya college

It's a state-run school and hence does not charge a fee from the students. Founded in 1985. It is a co-ed school and currently having a total of 88 students who come from extremely low income-earning families.

It is managed by Principal Mr. B.A.D. Kumarasiri Abeywardana.
